Entrepreneurs start business venture in response to personal needs

Entrepreneurs often start business ventures in response to a personal need and this personal interest  fuels their passion for the business.
Meet Jim and his wife Elena, they are young entrepreneurs who got into the business of selling a unique reading program which guarantees teaching children to read in 12 weeks,  by first seeing the need to teach their own child to read and then doing extensive research, testing and trial and error to develop the program.
They believe they have"stumbled onto a simple secret" that allowed them to teach their children to read at just 2 years and 11 months old. The Children Learning Reading program sells at U$37  for  6 e-books and mp3 audio clips .
